2. Project name*

Choose the name of your project. To make the name easy to remember, it must have no more than 9 words and no more than 20 letters in each word. The name will it is better if it is understandable, reflect the essence of the idea and will be different from others.

3. Project vision*

It is a free-form description of your understanding of the project. Tell everything you want about the project by answering the main questions ("who?", "what?", "why?", "how will it work?" and others). The vision should take no more than 2 printed pages.

4. Brief presentation of the project*

One of the most important elements at the start of a project. This is the same story that for 40 seconds will interest a potential investor, partner or participant. He must not be more than 40 seconds, which means no more than 120 words or few sentences. It has to show what it is (somthing everybody can imagine), how it differs from existing and how is it unique. Has to provide a generic concept with some hints on specifics.

Think about why this project will be successful, i.e. why will he achieve the specified goal (innovation, lack of a product on the market, tangible or intangible advantage, and etc.). It should be one extended sentence.

9. Additional Project Achievements*

In the process of achieving the main goal, can your project bring something else? Imagine that project is already successful - is there something else nice about it?

11. Initial Funding Sources*

Think about what resources the project will be able to develop, especially at the beginning? Who and how will invest?

12. Possible difficulties*

Very important question. Think about what factors can hinder the achievement of the goal (lack of money or other resources, tight deadlines, legislation, competitors, lack of good commands, unpreparedness of the end user, etc.)? Don't be afraid to write a lot. Better to identify such factors at the very beginning in order to be able to overcome them. Write in details. Later, you will need to find solution for each of it.
